Apartment is a part of apartments Tour As Ljubljana group and offers, whether travelling for leisure or business, a comfortable stay for both short and longer periods.

Air-conditioned apartment is on the 2nd floor of a low traditional building without elevator. In comfortable living room there is a sofa, which falls down to additional bed, LCD TV, dining table for 4-6 persons and modern equipped kitchen with electric glass-ceramic oven, stove, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, dish washer, cooking utensils and cutlery. From the living room we enter to first bedroom with 2 single beds and writing desk and to another bedroom with double bed. Guests can also enjoy a covered balcony with garden furniture accessible from the living room. In the bathroom there is shower, toilet, wash basin and also washing machine with dryer.
Apartment is equipped with towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access.
There are some public parking places on the street in front of the building (payable at parking-machine), where it is possible to park over the night and from Saturday afternoon till Monday morning and also short-term (up to 2 hours) during the day. For long-term parking there is payable public parking place approx. 300 meters away.

    The rental price includes the use of bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, internet access, electricity, heating, water, standard ordinary end-of-stay cleaning after departure.

    Extraordinary cleaning, however, is subject to a surcharge - from 45 eur and refers to: trash not placed in the appropriate public bins, dishes and plates left unwashed, excessive dirt and any other behavior that falls outside common sense.
    At stays that are not longer than 10 to 14 days the price includes as well a 1x change of bedding; at longer stays also weekly cleaning with change of bedding and towels is included.
