Architect-designed Archi Apartment is located on the third floor of a traditional Ljubljana building without an elevator. Its distinctive feature is a carefully designed interior where almost all amenities are concealed behind uniform wooden panels. With the cabinets closed, the apartment feels minimalist, uncluttered and almost business-like; open them and it transforms into a fully equipped, pleasantly functional home.

The air-conditioned apartment features a bright living area with a comfortable upholstered sofa, two wooden armchairs and a multipurpose table connecting the kitchen and living areas. Even the TV is discreetly integrated into the cabinetry and can be hidden behind a cabinet door.

The compact yet very well-equipped kitchen forms an integral part of the apartment's architectural concept. Behind the wooden panels you will find a ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave with grill, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, as well as dishes, glasses and cutlery. A washing machine and additional storage space are also discreetly integrated into the cabinetry.

The sleeping area with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) is slightly separated from the main living area, providing a greater sense of privacy. From here, there is direct access to the modern bathroom with a shower, contemporary washbasin and toilet.

Guests also have access to an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen, towels and free Wi-Fi.

  • The rental price includes the use of bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, internet access, electricity, heating, water, standard ordinary end-of-stay cleaning after departure.

    Extraordinary cleaning, however, is subject to a surcharge - from 45 eur up and refers to: trash not placed in the appropriate public bins, dishes and plates left unwashed, excessive dirt and any other behavior that falls outside common sense.

    At stays that are not longer than 10 to 14 days the price includes as well a 1x change of bedding; at longer stays also weekly cleaning with change of bedding and towels is included.
