The apartment is located opposite the Town Hall on Mestni trg, in the famous Souvan House, the tallest building on the square. Its 17th-century Empire-style façade is adorned with reliefs by Francesco Coconi depicting art, trade, and agriculture. It is the perfect starting point for exploring and experiencing Ljubljana.

This recently and completely renovated one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator. As it overlooks the inner courtyard, it offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city's hustle and bustle.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The central living area features a comfortable sofa that unfolds in to additional bed for one person (140x200 cm), an LCD TV, and a work desk. The modern kitchen, with a dining table for four, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a ceramic glass cook-top, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

The bedroom features a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a large built-in wardrobe with ample storage space. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, towels, bed linen, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi.

If arriving by car please note that there are only payable public parking options. One option is to park in underground garage Kapitelj 650 m away (https://parkiraj.si/en/parking-garages/pg-kapitelj/)

It is also possible to park on our private parking at our office Tour As on Mala ulica 8 (500 m away), if there is available space. The price is 15,00 EUR/day. Please note that it is suitable only for personal vehicles that do not exceed the usual length of 5m. Reservation must be made in advance.

  • The rental price includes the use of bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, internet access, electricity, heating, water, standard ordinary end-of-stay cleaning after departure.

    Extraordinary cleaning, however, is subject to a surcharge - from 45 eur up and refers to: trash not placed in the appropriate public bins, dishes and plates left unwashed, excessive dirt and any other behavior that falls outside common sense.

    At stays that are not longer than 10 to 14 days the price includes as well a 1x change of bedding; at longer stays also weekly cleaning with change of bedding and towels is included.
